Learn the basics of fermenting your own Kimchi. This traditional Korean side dish is full of healthy probiotics and has a delicious spicy flavor.
Our cellar assistant and fermentation expert Michael will walk you through this hands on work shop. We’ll provide the ingredients and fermentation jars, you’ll need to bring your own cutting board, bowl, and a large knife you feel comfortable chopping with.
Enjoy a taster flight or glass of 1859 cider while creating your own kimchi to keep for yourself or give to a friend. You’ll walk away with two jars at the end of the night.
