SALEM, OR — Salem author Kelli Jaecks, founder of Kelli Jaecks | Verbal Impact!, is pleased to
announce the release of her new book, Martinis & Menopause—Strategies, Science and Sips that Empower Women to Beat the Hormone Groan, published by Mascot Books.
On April 4, 2018, the public is invited to the official book launch party from 6-8pm at Where the Sidewalk Begins (223 Commercial St. NE) in Salem, OR. All are welcome to spend this evening celebrating with Kelli and other Salem area women, and talking about the new book that aims to be “every woman’s guide to beating the hormone groan, and thriving on the other side.” Kelli will read selections from her book, answer questions, and be available to sign copies of Martinis & Menopause.
Kelli Jaecks, a prolific speaker, blogger, and women’s advocate, was inspired by her own journey through menopause, and her passion for helping women feel better and live better.
“I’ve been hosting soirées at small, local businesses for the past year,” says Kelli, “We talk about breaking through the shame around aging and menopause, and feeling empowered with information. It’s all so much easier to navigate if we do it together. What has been so wonderful is that we have inspired each other – it’s really exciting!”
The launch party – which will include light appetizers, and of course, a martini! – is free, and open to the public. Attendees can expect live music by local violin piano trio, “Trio Meno Mosso”, exclusive giveaways, a special reading of select chapters from Martinis & Menopause, and the opportunity to have Kelli sign their books. To set up an interview, reading, signing, or for more information regarding Martinis & Menopause, please contact Liz Bacon Brownson at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Kelli Jaecks at email@example.com.
