Tres M Bistro is a collaboration of John and Joan Taylor.
Chef Joan Taylor graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu with honours and served her internship with Swiss Master Chocolatier Jack Elmer of JaCiva’s (Portland).
She incorporates her passion for pastry in the daily menu options as well as a variety of items available in the pastry case.
Joan has over 20 years restaurant ownership and catering management experience, some prior events include: The award winning Sunday Brunch in the Cellars (Eola Hills Winery), Enchanted Christmas with Michael Allen Harrison, Orchard Heights Winery Brunch, Make-a-Wish Foundation Fund Raiser, Extreme Home Makeover and many more…
Joan recently appeared on FOOD TV and has been the recipient of numerous awards which included:
